Men's gymnastic

Yes, another Olympic post. We still have a few more weeks of this to go, so get used to it people!

It was a pretty exciting night last night for the US men's gymnastic team. Exceeding all expectation, they snagged the bronze medal. It was fun to watch how excited they were.

Who knew though that men's gymnastic could be so "gangsta"???

Some of the more laughable quotes from the boys last night after completeing the competition...

"thas what I'm talking bout!"
"Yeeeeaaaahhh baby!"
"Dats how we roll!"

Seriously? Did they really say all that to the camera?

Still love them.

adam and i watched this last night, too. it was very exciting. at one point they were in second place.

haha... i love that you quoted them. I think most of those quotes came from that goober... Horton. It was funny, but at the same time Adam and I were like... "that guy needs to stop talking!" He did an awesome job though - his performances were so solid. And he was good about getting the guys pumped up. It was fun to watch all of it!

haha Janna, yeah Horton was awesome and his lines weren't so bad. But when the guy who messed up on the floor exercises (I think his name is Hagerty?) came on out of nowhere and said "dats how we roll" is when Corky and I were starting to feel embarrassed for them.

But we were way happy for them! I hate to make fun of them after they did so well!

Yes, Hagerty's comment ""dats how we roll".. lame. He sounded so stupid. At least they had a bronze to make up for their lame comments!

I was totally laughing when I heard them say all those retarded lines DIRECTLY into the camera as well. What dorko's! But, I was totally excited that they snagged the bronze after being so under estimated! Yey for the USA Mens Gymnastics Team!

Ok, I'm just getting caught up on your blog and I'm loving all your Olympic spirit! I am on the couch too, loving the cute men's gymnastics team (and their funny comments to the camera) and yes, that relay was probably one of the greatest things I've ever seen. I missed the opening ceremonies, so now that you've told me how awesome it was, I'm going to have to find it and watch it.

You crack me up Morgan. Get used to it people.

I will admit, Roarke and I were whooping and hollering about that Mens swim relay. That's awesome stuff....
