Whoever thought that Emily would do okay with one of those "bottle suckers" is totally fired...or should be.
Okay.....it was me! I totally deserved the mess that I had to clean up, I should have known better.
Hopefully I made up for it with a little less messy activity, a bedtime reading of "Poky Little Puppy!"

I love seeing little ones so interested in books. I need to do a better job at reading. Oh and the sucker, ya those things make a mess. Looks like Emily was having fun with it. :)
why do kids like those stupid suckers so much?
but I have a clever idea for the powder part....have them dip fruit in it...like apples, bananas...works great.
Um...yah...What were you thinking?!
You would have never known unless you tried! haha :) I love that 2nd picture! Super cute!
And I am the mean mom, I refuse to buy that candy--though Liv and Elsa eye it longingly at the store.
Yay for reading! I swore I would read to my kids every day. It's more like 3-4 times a week...that's good, right?
Brandi, that was the first and last time I have ever bought. I promised Gracey a treat of her choosing as a reward for something else. I cringed when she chose that one but I thought "Oh well, one time!"
Never again.
LOL that is too funny, sorry she made such a huge mess. its those times that all we can do is live and learn ;)
Our first and only thumb dipper sucker experince was in the car - I swear I still have blue powder in there. Live and Learn! You are such a great mom. I love how you play with your girls!
Oh my! I think I will learn from your mistake and not try it myself. I can't wait till Josie sits still long enough for story time.
What a mess, but oh I'm sure she had a ball. Too cute.
That is fun...at least it looked fun for her :)
