Friday was Gracey's first day of dance class! Leaps, jumps, skips, hops, and leotards are now consuming her mind and life! I love it! And Emily follows right along. (don't mind Em's bed head...she had barely gotten up from a nap!) Little girls are the best!
Sunday was Corky's birthday. At his request, I attempted my first homemade angel food cake. It wasn't too bad for my first time but I definitely need more practice. Darn it, right? More angel food cake to be made at our house. Happy Birthday Corky! We hope it was a good one and we hope you liked your birthday present that you were totally surprised by!
After 7 years, and luckily some low-rise jeans for me, I still think he is pretty cool.

Yes, low rise jeans were a blessing to us all. Now if only we could get some low rise garment bottoms to go with them.

The picture of Gracey and Emily reminds me so much of Aubree and Aspen a few years ago. MEMORIES! She is so cute in her dance outfit, and now it has began years of dance recitals and practices. These are the years- eat it up!!

7 years!! Holy cow.. we are getting old!! Happy Birthday Corky!!!
You're so funny with your timing. I was debating about going to the temple myself this weekend. Do you need someone to watch the kids? Cuz I can. Even just Billy could if you trusted him. There is a lady in my ward going through for the first time and also I have about 5 names each for guys and girls that need to be done. Just call me!
I remember the high rise jeans, thank goodness for good sense of style. I love the last picture of you two, you still look madly in love. That is great, Happy birthday Corky.
SO glad you caught my typo! :) Yes, shelf reliance is what I was talking about... I want one and have a spot for it, but I'm trying to figure out if I can get anything somewhat similar that is cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for, though!
Apparently I liked your post and cute little Gracie in her dance outfit that I had to post 3 times! Sorry!
:) Cute girls! Lil will be starting dance class on October 6th. she is SO excited. I had to hide her tap shoes so she wouldn't ruin my floors! (Her class is a combo class... she will be taking tap/ballet/tumbling)
Did YOU try the bread? Cause it eventually turned out great. I just tweaked it in three places. 1. I added 2 heaping Tbs. Gluten (love that stuff!) 2. I sifted the wheat flour to get rid of the bigger wheat chunks and 3. I ended up adding almost a whole other cup of white flour to get it to the right consistency! With those three additions the bread was totally awesome! Glad you are liking Google Analytics!
It was so great to hear from you! I have been sitting here reading your blog...and it is so funny!! Your family is adorable!
you can never have a surprise when kids are involved!! darn them!! I am glad that you took it in stride, she is soo cute, I am sure it is hard to get upset with her...I hope she has a great time with dance, I know Madi loves it!! She has been dancing since she was 3 and is not showing any signs of stopping :)
