Yesterday Corky had the day off and so we decided to go to the Marine base that is about an hour away from us and have a little family golf day! On courses that allow it, we've always let Gracey tag along. I was a little nervous now having 2 kids to worry about but like we had thought and planned, it was the perfect day to golf with kids. There was hardly anybody on the course (it helps that we golfed on a work day) and so we were able to let Gracey take her swings at every hole. She is actually quite good which makes Corky way excited. He is looking forward to having another golf buddy. Emily was great. She just sat on the grass and watched us, perfectly content as long as she had her own golf ball to hold on to.
